Ventilation systems are one of the most important parts of a successful poultry farm. Our ventilation fans and inlets are designed to create the optimal static pressure in any size house. The energy efficient design means fan move more air per minute without using more electricity. This means that the farm runs more efficiently during minimum ventilation and during the warmer summer months.
The VWI 190 inlet has been designed to be a robust and durable inlet which is economical and easy to install. The inlet valve has the options to work with or without a fixed minimum opening, has two positions to attach the winching cord and a winch motor can open or close the inlets in accordance to the settings of the climate computer. The inlet has an adjustable air flow reflector, to direct the flow of fresh air as needed, and a plastic wire mesh to keep wild birds and rodents outside. The inlet is applicable in all climates and is reliable to operate well from freezing up to tropical temperatures. The inlet can be combined with a light trap to block outside light as well as a weather hood to minimize weather influences on the in-house climate.

The Hemisphere Z-Pro mixing fan creates a homogeneous air composition throughout the house and reduces temperature stratification. It improves heat distribution in wide houses so reduces temperature differences and eliminates dead spots. The Hemisphere operates well in equal pressure or low negative pressure systems. It can be used in floor systems but is aimed for use in enriched systems possibly with free range pop holes. In combination with a dampered ceiling air inlet fresh air can be controlled mixed in with the warm air in the house reducing draft to a minimum. The Hemisphere Z-Pro Fan has a low 12″ profile to fit perfectly in low-clearance ceilings. Its large diameter and slow rotation won’t disturb livestock, but still moves a large volume of air.
