The best of our world famous VAL-CO nipples, the Roaster nipples (VR150 series), are made from the hardest quality stainless steel used in the industry and individually turned on CNC – Swiss precision lathes.

The Roaster nipples have an optimal triple seal that, with proper management, makes the use of drip cups unnecessary. The Roaster has a thick wear-resistant nipple pin and is particularly suitable for heavier animals such as broilers, breeding animals and ducks with a high water requirement.

The VBL150 drinker is made of the same top quality stainless steel and with the same precision machining but has a thinner nipple pin, gives less water and is designed for lighter broilers, laying hens and rearing animals.

The Quencher nipples have an optimal triple seal that, with proper management, makes the use of drip cups unnecessary. The Quencher has a thick wear-resistant nipple pin and is particularly suitable for heavier animals such as broilers, breeding animals and ducks with a high water requirement.

The Quencher line (VQ150 series) is made with the same precision from less hard stainless steel and is an economical alternative to the Roaster.

Aqua-V™

The Aqua-V drinking nipple is the latest development in drinking nipples and has been developed for enriched and aviary systems, among other things. The Aqua-V is made from the same precision stainless steel process and is offered as an alternative to the VBL150 in standard and High-Flow variants.

The nipple has a slightly fluorescent color which is easily found by the animals, even in systems where lighting is not optimal. The Aqua-V offers the same top quality you would expect from VAL-CO nipples in a bright new color with the strong price advantage of the Quencher.

Double Anti-Roost Wire

VAL-CO has developed a double anti-roost wire for its watering systems after recent inquiries from the poultry industry. Middle support bracket for anti-roost wires is installed every 1.5 m on the length of the watering lines. The system is aimed for breeder production, where shocking wires are no longer permitted and for farms that raise the males from layer production that may no longer be culled in the hatcheries.

The system is an addition to the VAL-CO nipple-drinking system and can also be used with the Big-Tom turkey drinker system and other watering system. As can be expected from VAL-CO the system is a strong and durable solution allowing farmers making money cost-effectively and without any problems for years to come.
